Lauren Saruk, our Executive Director
Lauren Saruk is the Executive Director of Soterra International. With a background in business development and nonprofit leadership, she brings a steady, mission-driven approach to building systems that expand access to safe, stable housing. Her commitment to Soterra is deeply personal, shaped by family experiences with addiction and a strong belief in the power of community, compassion, and dignity in recovery.
Lauren has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years and resides in Wilsonville with her two teenage sons, a full house of pets, and more plants than space allows.
